Attorney Karen H. Weber received both her Law degree and her Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri. Following law school, Ms. Weber served a term as Law Clerk to the Missouri Court of Appeals. She then entered private practice where she emphasized litigation before focusing exclusively on the practice of elder and special needs law.
Ms. Weber is licensed to practice law in both Kansas and Missouri. She is a frequent speaker at community events discussing the topics of elder law and special needs planning.
Ms. Weber is a founding member of the Kansas Chapter of The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and she is the co-author of "The Alzheimer's Legal Survival Guide", a book available by contacting the firm.
Giving back to the community has always been important to Ms. Weber and she currently serves as chair of the Johnson County, Kansas Commission on Aging. Karen also volunteers at Turning Point, a non-profit community resource of The University of Kansas Health System.
